Vacant Positions with Eligibility Criteria and Qualification
Senior Manager (Test Development)
- Master degree or equivalent (18 years) (at least 2″ Division) from HEC recognised University / Institution in any field
- 12 years relevant experience of design, development, evaluation, and implementation of standardised tests in Public/Private sector organisation of good repute working in education sector, including five years practical experience at managerial level.
- Preference will be given to candidates having degree in Education (including educational assessment, testing and measurement, educational evaluation and research).
Senior Manager (Test Operations)
- Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent (16 years) (at least 2″ Division) from HEC recognised University / Institution in any field
- 15 years relevant experience in test administration, conduct of examinations at mass scale, and academic coordination in Public/Private sector organisation of good repute working in education sector, including five years experience at managerial level.
- The candidate must have the knowledge of all stages of test administration, including test centre allocation, hiring and training of invigilation staff, supply chain of exam material, handling of unfair means cases etc.
- Experience of computer-based testing at mass level (10,000 & above candidates) will be advantageous
Senior Manager (Quality Assurance PPS-10)
- Master degree or equivalent (18 years) (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognised University / Institution in any field
- 12 years relevant experience in systematic monitoring of tests and processes to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and validity of results, control of preventing errors, such as random or systematic errors, and implementing corrective actions in any Public/Private sector organisation of good repute working in education sector, including five years experience at managerial level.
Manager (Test Development)
- Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent (16 years) (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognised University / Institution in any field
- 07 years relevant experience of design, development, evaluation, and implementation of standardised tests in Public/Private sector organisation of good repute working in education sector, including five years practical experience at managerial level.
- Preference will be given to candidates having degree in Education (including educational assessment, testing and measurement, educational evaluation and research).
- The candidate must have the knowledge of all stages of standardised test development and psychometric theory, including item writing, review, field testing, scoring methodology, item response theory (IRT), classical test theory (CTT), and measurement error analysis etc.
Manager (Quality Assurance PPS-09)
- managerial level. Master/Bachelor Degree or equivalent (16 years) (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognised University/institution in any field

- Only shortisted candidates will be called for interview.
- TA/DA will not be admissible for appearing in test / interview.
- Those already in Government Service should apply through proper channel.
- Five (05) years of general age relaxation is already included. Further age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
- The experience as part time, honorary, apprentice and internee (as a part of study) will not be considered / counted as experience.
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
