Qualification / Experience:-

Project Manager:-

At least 16 years of education (a Master’s degree would be preferred) specializing in Mass Communications/Business Administration/Information Management/ICT or equivalent.
At least eight years of program/ project management experience, preferably in IT/ LMS/ Online learning/ MOOCs/ Higher Education technology projects with a minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager. Hands-on experience in LMS/MOOCs, TV programming, studio setup and management, graphics, multimedia, or similar projects is desirable (Detail TORs on HEC website.

Dy, Director Project Specialist:-

At least a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) from a reputable national/international university in Education, Public Policy, Management, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
At least 08 years of experience in the Higher Education sector, particularly in training, capacity building, and policy implementation. (Detail ToRs on HEC website).

Project Manager:-

Master/Bachelor Degree (16 years education) in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering ore equivalent along with 5 years relevant experience.
Proficiency in Programming Languages: Knowledge of languages such as C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, and Solidity for writing smart contracts and developing blockchain applications.
Understanding of Blockchain Architecture: A deep understanding of how blockchain networks operate, including consensus algorithms, hash functions, and data structures like Merkle trees.
Cryptography: Familiarity with cryptographic principles, including public-key cryptography, digital signatures, and hashing algorithms for ensuring data security and integrity.
Qualifications include industry-recognized certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional, Blockchain, Databases, Microsoft Certified, or Azure Developer Associates preferred.
Experience in any project management software (Ms. Projects, PrimaVera, etc.) is preferred. (Detail ToRs on HEC website).

Implementation Engineer:-

At least 16 years of education (Master’s degree would be preferred) specializing in ICT /Engineering /Computer Science/Information Management or equivalent. Certification related to cloud, blockchain, and/or IAM technologies would be an advantage.
At least five years of practical relevant experience in a similar role. (Detail Job Description on the HEC website)

Office Manager:-

Master/Bachelor degree (16 years of education) with at least 05 years’ experience in the Higher Education Sector in Pakistan.
At least 3 years of relevant administrative work experience, preferably in educational institutions. (Detail Job Description on the HEC website).

Assistant Program Specialist:-

Mater’s/Bachelor’s Degree (16 years education) from a reputed National/international university.
Two (02) years experience in program assistance preferably in Higher Education procedures and systems. (Detail ToRs on HEC website).
Office Assistant:-

Office Assistant:-

At least Graduation (14 years education) from a recognized University / Institution with two years’ work experience in a Public / Private sector organization of good repute. Advanced use of MS- Office is a must. (Detail TORs on HEC website).

Attendant:-

Matriculate with one (01) year of relevant experience.

Junior/Sanitary Worker:-

3 years’ experience as a sanitary worker.

Project Specialist:- Rs. 437,500/- per month (All inclusive).
Project Manager:- Rs. 437,500/- per month (All inclusive).
Implementation Engineer:- Rs. 437,500/- per month (All inclusive).
Office Manager:- Rs. 218,750/- per month (All inclusive).
Assistant Program Specialist:- Rs. 218,750/- per month (All inclusive).
Office Assistant:- Rs. 218,750/- per month (All inclusive).
Attendant:- Rs. 218,750/- per month (All inclusive).
Junior/Sanitary Worker:- Rs. 218,750/- per month (All inclusive).

Important Instructions:-

Experience means experience gained after obtaining the Minimum required qualification.
Test/interview of eligible candidates residing outside the Islamabad / Rawalpindi region and vicinity will be conducted via Audio/Video conferencing at the nearest possible location of the candidates (Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar).
