Qualification & Experience Required for PAFDA Jobs 2024:-
Member (Pharma):-
- Education:- PhD in Pharmaceutics or Pharmacology or Pharmacy from a University/Institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
- Experience:- At least 12 years of experience as an analyst in the relevant field for forensic examination or pharma testing, including experience in supervising/managing the activities of a laboratory accredited to ISO 17025.
- Age Limit:- 40 to 55 Years
Member (Agri):-
- Education:- PhD in Pharmaceutics or Pharmacology or Pharmacy from a University/Institute recognized by Higher Education
- Experience:- Minimum 12 years of experience as an analyst in the relevant field for forensic examination or pharma testing including experience in supervising/managing the activities of a laboratory accredited to 17025.
- Age Limit:- 40 to 55 Years
Member (Food):-
- Education:- PhD in Human Nutrition Animal Nutrition Food Safety and Controls Food Quality Management Food Science and Technology Microbiology Dairy Technology Meat Technology or Analytical Chemistry from a University/Institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
- Experience:- Minimum 12 years of experience as an analyst in a relevant field for forensic examination or food testing including supervision/management of ISO 17025 accredited laboratory activities.
- Age Limit:- 40 to 55 Years
Member (Research & Training):-
- Education:- PhD in Genetics Entomology or Plant Pathology Horticulture or Soil Science Analytical Chemistry or Plant Physiology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Pharmaceutics Pharmacology or Pharmacy, Human Nutrition or Animal Nutrition, or Food Safety and Control.
- Experience:- At least 12 years of experience as an analyst in a related field for forensic examination or testing of fertilizers, pesticides
- Age Limit:- 40 to 55 Years
Chief Operating Officer:-
- Education:- Masters in Finance, Human Resources, Commerce, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, or its equivalent (minimum 45% marks) recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
- Experience:- Minimum 12 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Public Finance, Accounts, Audi,t and Administration in any reputed institution at the management level.
- Age Limit:- 30 to 55 Years
GM (Finance):-
- Education:- FCCA or FCA or Masters in Commerce or Accounting or Finance or its equivalent Minimum 16 years of education from a University/Institution (minimum 45% marks) recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
- Experience:- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, and Procurement in the public or private sector.
- Age Limit:- 35 to 50 Years
GM (Legal):-
- Education:- FCCA or FCA or Masters in Commerce or Accounting or Finance or its equivalent Minimum 16 years of education from a University/Institution (minimum 45% marks) recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
- Experience:- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, and Procurement in the public or private sector.
- Age Limit:- 35 to 50 Years
GM (HR & Admin):-
- Education:- Master’s degree in Human Resources or Economics or Public Policy or Public Administration.
- Experience:- Minimum 10 years of experience in administration in a government or reputable private sector organization, out of which 5 years should be at a managerial level.
- Age Limit:- 35 to 50 Years
