The Bureau of Statistics (BOS) under the Project Planning and Development Board has announced Tehsil Supervisor Jobs 2025 in all districts of Punjab Province. These Jobs are six-month contract-based positions under the Economic Survey PSER initiative. A total of 654 Tehsil Supervisor vacancies are available for eligible candidates. The recruitment process will be conducted through a walk-in interview scheduled for 26 to 28 February 2025.

Eligibility Criteria for Tehsil Supervisor Jobs 2025:-

To apply for Tehsil Supervisor Jobs 2025, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility requirements.

• Educational Qualification:– Master’s Degree in any subject with at least Second Division.
• Domicile:– Must be a resident of Punjab province.
• Age Limit:– 22 to 45 years (age relaxation as per government policy).
• Experience:– Candidates with experience in data collection, fieldwork, or survey will be preferred. Proficiency in using IT equipment (computers/tablets).
• Skills:– Strong analytical, communication, and field management skills. Candidates with experience in any tablet-based survey will be preferred.

Important Instructions for Bureau of Statistics Punjab Jobs 2025:-

• About 05% additional manpower will also be called for training, while the final selection for Tehsil field work will also be called.
• Supervisors will be performance-based during the training session.
• The number of days of fieldwork may increase or decrease depending on workload.
• Selection will be made based on merit and domicile, and it will be purely temporary and on a daily wage basis and there will be no right to permanent.
• The final decision of the Authority will not be challenged in any court/forum.
• The Authority may terminate the contract of any candidate at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Selected/shortlisted candidates will be intimated by telephone to attend the training.
• Selected candidates will be posted in any Tehsil of the division. However, preference will be given to locally selected candidates.
• Candidates who undergo training and deliberately do not attend fieldwork at the time of need will not be paid any compensation for the training session at all.
• Successful candidates will have to sign an agreement with Bos on an e-stamp paper to complete the assigned work without any waiver or abandonment till its successful completion.
• Every successful candidate is required to be issued an e-stamp paper of Rs. 100/- on the first day of training, in his/her name.
• Absence/poor performance will lead to termination of the contract.
• During this purely temporary assignment, the department will not be responsible for paying any health/hazard insurance for the health/life of any candidate.
