Qualification and Experience Required for Descon Engineering Company:-

Incharge Mechanical:-

B.E Mechanical with over 12-14 years of experience in Shutdown Execution of Plant Maintenance.
Shutdowns. Sound technical knowledge and experience in maintaining beat exchangers, and vessels. columns tanks, turbine driers, safety valves, piping networks, and pressure testing equipment. pumo, compressors, turbines, and utility plants (boilers) Experience in dismantling and erecting equipment/piping modifications.

Lead Mechanical / Area Engineer:-

B.E Mechanical with over 10-12 years of experience in Shutdown Execution of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns: Must have sound knowledge in Static Equipment it’s, Fabrication, Testing, and Erection

Lead Rigging – Leea Certified:-

BE Mechanical with over 8 to 10 years of experience in Shutdown Planning of Static, Rotary Equipment’s 4 Piping P6 expert with relevant expertise in LNG Plants of OV & Gas Plant Maintenance, Shutdowns. Should be LEEA-certified.

Lead Planning / Area Planner – Mechanical:-

B.E Mechanical with over 8 to 10 years of experience in Shutdown Planning of Static, Rotary Equipments & Piping P6 expert with relevant expertise in LNG Plants of O% & Gas Plant Maintenance, Shutdowns.

Lead QAQC / Inspector – Mechanical:-

B.E Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering with 10 to 12 years of experience in relevant positions in Shutdown Execution of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns. API / Welding / Painting certification.

Lead / Engineer / Supervisor HSE:-

Graduate / Diploma Safety NEBOSH with over 07-10 years of experience in relevant positions in Shutdown Execution of Plant Maintenance Shutdowns.

Lead / Coordinator E&P:-

DAE / BE Mechanical with over 06-08 years of experience in Shutdown Execution of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns.

Supervisors:-

DAE Mechanical with over 10-12 years of experience in Shutdown Execution of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns in Mechanical / Rigging / Piping / Welding / QAQC / Electrical / Fabrication / Store.

PTW Coordinator / Job Performer – Mech. / Inst. / Electrical:-

Graduate / Dip. in Computer with over 03-05 years of experience in Shutdown Execution of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns, Good soft skills with data encoding experience.

Fabricator:-

Minimum three years of experience in relevant field.
CICPA Certificate Pass Copy

Mechanical Fitter:-

Minimum three years of experience in relevant field.
CICPA Certificate Pass Copy

Rigger:-

Minimum three years of experience in relevant field.
CICPA Certificate Pass Copy

Instrument Fitter:-

Minimum three years of experience in relevant field.
CICPA Certificate Pass Copy

Electrical / Mechanical Technician:-

Minimum three years of experience in relevant field.
CICPA Certificate Pass Copy

Welder:-

Minimum three years of experience in relevant field.
CICPA Certificate Pass Copy

Helper:-
