Assistant:-

Minimum Graduate
Typing Speed 20 w.pm. (word per minute)
having the Knowledge of Computer.
Note:- Selected candidates shall pass the NITB 6-week training course (MS Office) before the probation period.

Mechanical Assistant:-

Graduate with Mathematics or Statistics Subjects
Experience Candidates will be preferred

Stenotypist:-

Intermediate Pass
Short Head typing speed minimum 80 w.p.m & typing speed in English 40 w.p.m
Have computer knowledge

Civilian Associate Engineer:-

Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from any HEC-approved University OR
Requirement for Army Retired (JCOs/NCOs)
Matric Pass
Forman of Single Course (FSC) Qualified
7 years experience After retirement
2 years experience in relevant field

Data Entry Operator:-

Bachelor’s Degree in Second Class Grade C in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or Physics from HEC approved University
Minimum Punjch key perfection is 10,000 per hour.

Upper Division Clerk (UDC):-

Minimum Intermediate
Typing Speed 25 w.pm. (word per minute)
having the Knowledge of Computer.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC):-

Minimum Matric Pass

2 years experience in 16mm and 35mm movie cameras.

Three to five years of photography experience
Photography has news value potential
Have studio work knowledge

Technician Electronics:-

Two years experience in relevant field in DAE Electronic / Electrical Computer Hardware
Employees Technical Arms Relevant technical qualification Five years experience in the prescribed field

Draftsman:-

Matric
3 Years Diploma in DManship from a recognized institute. OR
2-year Diploma with 2 years of experience

Technician (Hydraulic /X-Ray Machine):-

Matric along with 5 years experience in the relevant field. OR
Ex-Serviceman (Technical Arms) having relevant technical qualifications with 3 years of practical experience in the relevant field.
Note:- Practical experience in repair/ maintenance of X-ray baggage machines & hydraulic systems of barriers related to security departments.

Technician:-

DAE with 2nd Division in (Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecom/ Computer Science) from a recognized institution. OR
Retired Army Personnel (JCOs/NCOs) and within 7 years of retirement Signals Junior NCOs Course qualified
Two (02) years experience in relevant field.

Proof Reader:-

Matric.
Two (02) years experience in relevant field.

Assistant Store Keeper:-

Matric.
Two (02) years of experience in the field of storekeeping

Offset Machineman:-

Matric.
Two (02) years experience in the relevant field.
Having experience in the printing press

Junior Draughtsman:-

Matric.
Certificate of Trade proficiency in D Manship from a recognized institution OR Have qualified in basic D Manship course run by any Govt Department

Technician Generator / AC:-

Matric along with 3 years experience in the relevant field. OR
Ex-serviceman (Technical Arm) qualified in the relevant field.

Important Instructions for Pak Army GHQ Headquarter Rawalpindi Jobs 2024:-

Candidates must be registered citizens of Pakistan. Those who are in Government Service should apply through the proper channels.
The schedule for the Test/ Interview will be communicated to eligible/ shortlisted candidates only.
Number of posts can be increased/ decreased as per requirement of the department.
Candidates belonging to Minorities/ Schedule Caste/ Disabled and Women quota will be considered as per their reserved quota
The place of duty will be at Rawalpindi/ Islamabad.
Age will be calculated from the closing date of the advertisement. Age relaxation will be allowed to the disabled candidates (10 years additional to upper age) and the candidates belonging to Sindh (R), Balochistan, Ex-FATA, and AK (3 years additional to upper age limit) as per existing rules prescribed by the Government of Pakistan.
Age relaxation admissible to retired armed forces personnel is 15 years or the number of years served in the armed forces whichever is less, hence maximum age limit for retired armed forces personnel is 45 years.
Candidates may be shifted to other nearest Test/ Interview centers if his/her selected test/interview center has less No. of candidates.
Posts from BPS-1 to BPS-5 will be filled in local domicile i.e. Rawalpindi/ Islamabad districts only, whereas posts from BPS-6 to BPS-15 are open for all Pakistan candidates as per provincial quota.
If you are applying against the disabled quota, you have to provide a NADRA Disability Registration Certificate at the time of the Test/ Interview, otherwise, you will not be eligible for disability quota.
There is no fee for BPS 1 and 5 categories whereas for BPS 6 to 15 job applicants are required to deposit a fee at Bank AL Habib Limited before applying online. See Fee Deposit Guidelines (Fee detail: BPS 6-10 = Rs. 200, BPS 11-15 = Rs. 300). Original Fee deposit receipt will be checked before entry into the test/interview center.
Payment through any other means like cash, Bank Draft/ Postal order will NOT be accepted.
