Numerous contract positions have been made available to Pakistani nationals by the National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA). Retired members of the armed forces and qualified applicants from all over Pakistan are eligible for these positions.
More than fifty positions, including Inspector, Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub Inspector, Constables (of various cadres), and Commandos, have been announced by NACTA. These jobs are contract-based, with an initial two-year term that can be extended to eight years.

Terms & Conditions
- The contract’s initial term would be two (02) years, with the possibility of an extension to eight years.
- Either NACTA or the concerned security official may terminate the agreement at any time during the term of the agreement by providing one month’s notice.
- Only those who have been shortlisted will be contacted for an interview or test. At the time of the interview, candidates will need to bring original documentation, such as their CNIC, educational certificates, and certificates of residency and experience. No TA or DA will be permitted to attend the test or interview.
- The maximum age will be determined as of the application submission deadline.
- Upon receiving a security clearance and a medical fitness certificate from the appropriate authorities, the chosen candidates will be offered a contract position.
Responsibilities
- Control Boundary walls through watch towers of NACTA HQs Building. Control Main Gates of NACTA HQs Building.
- Control all incoming/outgoing employees & visitors.
- Control all incoming/outgoing official/private vehicles/equipment.
- Handling of latest security systems.
- Implementation of Security SOPs and protocols. Perform Hang around security duties.

- At the time of the test or interview, candidates must bring both sets of attested copies and their original documents.
- In the event of an appointment offer, the information supplied and the documents attached will be checked.
- After their eligibility is examined, all candidates who fit the requirements may be given a temporary permit to take the test or interview.
