Important Duties of NBP Teller Positions
- As directed by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), count, balance, and document cash transactions.
- Assure the availability of new notes, vault management, and cash security.
- Respond to consumer requests for currency exchange and associated banking inquiries.
- To guarantee there are no complaints, uphold excellent customer service standards.
- By responding to questions and educating clients about services, you can cross-sell bank products.
- Verify adherence to NBP’s standard operating procedures and Shariah laws.
