Qualification & Experience Required for National TB Control Program Jobs 2024:-

Deputy Advisor NRL:-

MBBS with a postgraduate qualification in clinical microbiology or clinical pathology (2 years; full-time from HEC Recognized University. Candidates with higher relevant qualifications and/or publications in peer-reviewed journals as first authors will be preferred.
At least 7 years experience of working in a high volume Laboratory (preferably ISO 15189 certified) and a minimum of 03 Years’ experience in Mycobacteriology and use of digital technologies. Sound knowledge of WHO-recommended strategies for diagnosis of TB and drug resistance and molecular technologies used for drug resistance and surveillance. Experience in grant proposal and report writing, designing, implementation, and project management will be preferred. Candidates with good analytical, communication, and presentation skills and a command of English will be assets.
Max Age 50 years.

MDR Specialist:-

MBBS with a postgraduate qualification in Public Health recognized by PMC.
At least 7 / years experience working in public health including a minimum of 3 years of working in programmatic management of TB and DRTB including policy development, planning & monitoring. Good knowledge of WHO-recommended strategies for diagnosis and treatment of drug-resistant TB. Candidates having clinical experience in the management of Tuberculosis will be preferred. Computer skills particularly working on MS Office are mandatory. Data management, analysis, presentation, and report writing along with good communication skills, both written and verbal are highly desired.
Max Age 50 years.

Manager DATA:-

Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, and Information Management. Preference will be given to additional degrees or certificates in data analysis and statistics.
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in health-related programs providing technical support, liaison & coordination.
Max Age 50 years.

Senior Provincial Program Officer – AJK:-

MBBS, Preferably with MPH or Equivalent.
3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of Public Health programs in the public or private sector. Computer skills particularly working on MS Office is mandatory. Data management, analysis, presentation, and report writing along with good communication and skills, both written and verbal along with proficiency in relevant regional/local languages are highly desired. The job requires extensive traveling. Candidates with relevant regions will be preferred.

National DHIS 2 Coordinator:-

Masters. Preference will be given to candidates with IT qualifications.
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in health-related programs providing liaison & coordination.
Max Age 50 years.

Counselor/ Psychologist:-

Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology/Nursing/Medical Sciences/ Communication/ Sociology/ Behavioral Sciences from HEC Recognized University.
At least one year of work experience in counseling related to Public Health will be preferred. Experience in Counseling/Psychotherapy and good Communication Skills Both Written and Verbal in English are Highly Desired.

Stock Officer:-

Master in Business Administration/ Commerce/ Economic/Public Administration/Procurement/Supply Chain Management.
Minimum of five (05) years post-qualification working experience in warehouse and store operations, supply chain management, and logistics management in a busy organization. Previous experience with government, and donor agencies and working knowledge of the United Nations and Global Fund is an advantage. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and knowledge of web-based management systems (ERP, WMIS) is desirable.

PMDT Coordinator- NTP:-

BA/B.Sc.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in TB Disease area. Excellent communication skills are required. Preference will be given to residents of the local area.
Max Age 50 years.

Medical Imaging Technician -Mobile X-Ray Van:-

Matric with a Diploma in Radiography.
Minimum one (01) years of relevant experience working in the public or private sector is required. The selected candidates will be deputed with Mobile X-ray Vans. The job requires extensive traveling. Computer skills particularly working on MS Office is mandatory.
Max Age 50 years.

Lab Technician GeneXpert Site – GB:-

BSC medical laboratory technology or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in clinical/microbiology laboratory, having knowledge of basic principles, practices, and quality assurance procedures applicable to the clinical lab. Candidates having experience in TB laboratory including AFB smear microscopy and GenXpert testing in the laboratory desired. Knowledge and experience of IT will be preferred.
Max Age 30 years

Community Support Officer- ICT:-

Graduate
2 years of relevant experience in the development sector / Social mobilization /health-related projects. Candidates having experience in community awareness through media is highly desirable. Basic Knowledge of IT software, MS World, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Internet and email correspondence, and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
Maximum age: 45 Years

Driver – Mobile-X-Ray Van:-

Matric with valid HTV/LTV License.
Minimum three (3) years of driving experience with public/private organizations after getting a license from the concerned authority. Requires extensive traveling.
Max Age 50 years
