Qualification and Experience Required for Punjab Transport Company Jobs 2024:-

Chief Technical Officer (CTO):-

Master’s degree in Project management/ Business Administration/ Transportation Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
In general, 12 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering/ infrastructure development, & project management. Including at least 5 years of experience at the senior management level.
Age (Not more than 55 years).

Sr. Manager Operation (Head Office):-

Master’s degree in Business Administration/Public Administration/Public Policy / Finance or B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical/Transportations)
In general, 10 years of relevant work experience in project management, operations management, and fleet management (Operations/Planning/Maintenance), including 3 years experience in transport operations.
Age (Not more than 50 years).

Manager Finance:-

Master’s Degree in Finance / Commerce/economics or ACCA/ACMA/MBA
In general, 08 years of relevant work experience in matters related to financial management, budgeting & planning
Age (Not more than 45 years).

Manager MIS:-

Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT/MIS
In general, 08 years of work experience in matters related to IT handling (software and hardware), MIS, database administration, etc.
Age (Not more than 45 years).

Manager Procurement:-

Master’s degree in Procurement & Contracts Management/Business Administration /Finance /LLB/ BSc Engineering.
In general, 08 years of relevant work experience in matters related to procurement, contract management, bids administration, etc. including one year of experience in public procurement
Age (Not more than 45 years).

Manager Contract:-

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Contracts Management/Business Administration/Finance /BSc Engineering / LLB.
In general, 08 years of relevant work experience in matters related to contract management
Age (Not more than 45 years).

Manager Internal Audit:-

ACMA/ACCA/CA inter/MBA Finance/M. Com or a master’s degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission
08 years of experience in matters related to internal audit, internal controls, and risk assessment.
Age (Not more than 45 years).
