Qualification & Experience Required for NADRA Jobs:-
Assistant Director (Network Engineer):-
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in troubleshooting issues, configurations, optimizing performance, and implementation of communication network elements including firewalls, switches, NMS, NAC, Wireless Networks, Wired Networks, and other network-related devices.
- Documentation included but was not limited to SOP Creation, Maintenance Manual, Configuration Manuals, IP Scheme, and Support Manuals.
- Flexible to work in Morning and Evening Shifts.
- Fully skilled in configuring and operating various types of network devices including multi-OEM switches, firewalls, NAC, NMS, and network media (Fiber, DSL, VSAT, Radio links, and 3G/4G).
- Knowledge of IP subnetting, super netting, CIDR, DHCP, DNS, Proxy, RADIUS, VPN, SSL, and IPsec.
Assistant Director (Cyber Security Compliance Officer):-
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification hands-on experience in Information security-related fields.
- Excellent knowledge of Information Security standards, compliance, and technologies in practice.
- Sound experience in Risk assessment, Penetration testing, patching, and security compliance.
- Strong understanding of network security, data center security, and information security principles.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption technologies).
- Implementation experience for security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Asssistant Director (System Administrator-Linux/Virtualization):-
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in system administration, knowledge of Linux, and virtualization technology.
- Knowledge of Software automation tools for production systems.
- Experience with web servers, GIT, CI/CD pipelines, etc. Skills & Competencies Should possess expertise in the following:
- OS Linux (Redhat, CentOS, Oracle Linux).
- Webserver, (apache-tomcat, IBM WebSphere, etc).
- Any Backup software experience.
- Version control and release management like Gitlab,
Github, Gitbucket.
Asssistant (System Administrator – Microsoft Stack):-
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in deployment of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, PKI, exchange server, and open-source platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of Antivirus and patch management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with backup and application whitelisting tools. Skills & Competencies Should possess expertise in the following:
- Network and domain administration skills.
- Technical writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Be able to work in shifts for service monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Certifications in relevant fields.
Assistant Director (System Administrator – NOC):-
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in Network and System monitoring tools.
- Practical experience with middleware technologies (IBM WebSphere/Oracle WebLogic).
- Hand-on experience in integration of endpoints with Network management solutions like Solar winds, PRTG, and Manage engine. Skills & Competencies
- Relevant working experience in NOC.
- OS and NMS configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Willing to provide L1 support for DC-related operations.
- NMS-related certifications will be preferred.
- Be able to work night shifts and on rotation.
