اس پروگرام کا مقصد ان لوگوں کو سستی رہائش کا موقع فراہم کرنا ہے جنہوں نے طویل عرصے سے گھر کے مالک ہونے کے لیے جدوجہد کی ہے۔ یہاں، ہم پروگرام کی اہلیت کے تقاضوں، رجسٹریشن کے طریقہ کار، اور درخواست کی حیثیت سے باخبر رہنے کے بارے میں بات کرتے ہیں۔

Features of 3-Marla Plot Scheme

Free 3-Marla Plots: In several districts of Punjab, qualifying families will be given free 3-marla residential plots. An online voting system will be used to make the allocation transparent.

• Interest-Free Loan: Up to Rs. 1.5 million in interest-free loans will be given to qualified families so they can construct their homes. High-interest loans that are frequently connected to home building are eliminated by this program.
• Priority for Vulnerable Groups: To ensure equal access for everyone, special attention will be given to women, widows, the disabled, and marginalized communities.
• Transparent and Effective Procedure: Since the entire registration and selection process will take place online, there will be less chance of corruption or partiality and it will be simple and transparent.

Eligbility Criteria

• Punjab Permanent Resident: Eligibility is limited to Punjab residents who can be verified by their CNIC.
• Household Income: Applicant’s income must be lesss than 50,000 Rs.
• No Property Ownership: Neither the applicant nor their spouse may possess any real estate in Pakistan, whether it be residential or commercial.
• Clear Criminal Record: Applicants will not be accepted if they have a history of loan defaults or criminal activity.
• Ideally Registered with NSER: Although it is not required, it is advised that candidates be listed in the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER).

Create Your Account

• Press the “Register” button. A working mobile number, your 13-digit CNIC number, and a password must be entered.
• You will receive a verification code on your phone after submitting this information, which you must enter.

Login Your Account

• After complete your registration login to your account via CNIC number

Fillout the Application Form

• Personal Information, Full Name, Address, Gender and Date of birth
• Family details and monthly income.
• District and Tehsil based on your CNIC

Upload Required Documents

• CNIC front and back images.
• Proof of income
• Bay-from
• Ensure Document do not exceed from2 MB

Submit & Confirmation

• After uploading your personal information click on submit button. On thenumber you have provide, a confirmation SMS will received.
