Department of Archeology and Museums has announced some great jobs through the Jobs Notice on 26 July 2024. The government of Punjab has released these jobs purely on a contract basis. These Jobs are Sub Engineer, Computer Operator, Research Assistant Graphics Designer, Driver, Gallery Attendant, Mali, Sanitary Worker, Mali Cum Chowkidar, Beldar, and Electrician. Education, Experience & Placement Required:-

Sub Engineer:-

Three years Civil Engineering Diploma.
one year of relevant work experience

Computer Operator:-

FA or equivalent education.
25 words per minute typing speed.
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel Office.
Placement of Job Lahore.

Research Assistant (Graphics Designer):-

FA or equivalent education.
Diploma in Graphic Designing.
Preference will be given to those having one year experience

Driver:-

Middle pass.
Have a valid driving license.
Candidates having three years of experience will be preferred.

Gallery Attendant:-

Middle pass.
Gujrat Museum, Gujrat.

Mali:-

have three years of experience in horticulture.
Shalamar Section Lahore, Texla Museum Rawalpindi.

Sanitary Worker:-

Primary pass
Experienced persons will be preferable.
Shalamar Section Lahore, Harn Minar Sheikhupura, Rohnas Fort Jhelum

Mali Cum Chowkidar:-

have three years of experience in horticulture.
Harappa Museum Sahiwal, Texla Museum Rawalpindi, Fort Jhelum, Harn Minar Sheikhupura, Rohnas Fort Jhelum.

Beldar:-

have three years of experience in horticulture.

Electrician.

Matric pass
Electrical Diploma
Having three years of experience will be preferred.

Salary Packages:-

Salary will be paid as per daily wages approved by the Govt of Pakistan.

Important Instructions:-

These jobs are purely on a contract basis. The candidate does not have the right to go to court to be made permanent.
Successful applicants will be issued appointment orders of 89 days and on expiry again given 89 days or fewer appointment orders, no separate advertisement will be required till the end of the financial year (30 June 2025).
The interview for serials no 1 to 8 will be held on 12 August 2024 at 2:pm while the interview for serial numbers 9 to 18 will be held on 13 August 2024 at 2: pm at Head Office 16 A Garden Block, Garden Town Lahore. No Separate notification will be given for the test/interview.
TA/DA will not be given to the candidate appearing in the interview.
Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
