Qualification and Experience Required for Pakistan Airports Authority PAA Jobs 2024:-

Assistant Director Security:-

• Graduation (Minimum 16 years of Education) in any discipline with a minimum 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University and having a minimum 60% marks or equivalent in Intermediate level (Science Group).
• Candidates with any other professional qualification in Aviation Security shall be given preference.

Salary Packages:-

• Approx Gross Salary Rs. 197,000

Age Relaxation:-

• Maximum 28 years (age relaxation shall be applicable as per Rules)

Assistant Director Logistics:-

• MBA / Masters with specialization in Supply Chain Management /Logistics with a minimum 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from HEC Recognized University and having a minimum 60% marks or equivalent in Intermediate level.

Salary Package:-

• Approx Gross Salary Rs. 197,000

Age Relaxation:-

• Maximum 28 years (age relaxation shall be applicable as per Rules)

Assistant Director Civil:-

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Minimum 16 years of Education with 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from HEC Recognized University and having minimum 60% marks or equivalent in the intermediate level.
• Candidates must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

Salary Package:-

• Approx Gross Salary Rs. 197,000

Age Relaxation:-

• Maximum 28 years (age relaxation shall be applicable as per Rules)

Assistant Director Commercial:-

• MBA (Marketing / Retail / Finance / Contract Management), Minimum 16 years of Education with a minimum 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from HEC Recognized University and having minimum 60% marks or equivalent in Intermediate level.

Salary Package:-

• Approx Gross Salary Rs. 197,000

Age Relaxation:-

• Maximum 28 years (age relaxation shall be applicable as per Rules)

Assistant Director Estate:-

• Bachelors in City & Regional Town Planning / Urban Development (Minimum 16 Years of Experience) with a minimum 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University and having a minimum of 60% or equivalent in Intermediate level.

Salary Package:-

• Approx Gross Salary Rs. 197,000

Age Relaxation:-

• Maximum 28 years (age relaxation shall be applicable as per Rules)

Patwari:-

• Intermediate with minimum 2nd Division
• Patwar Course from a Recognized Institute.
• Minimum five (05) years of experience as Patwari

Salary Package:-

• Approx Gross Salary Rs. 84,000

Age Relaxation:-

• Maximum 48 years (including all age relaxation).

Deputy Director Security:-

• Graduate (preferably Engineering/ Computers/ Accounts/ Audits)
• Aviation / Security related courses
• Any other professional degrees or training/courses related to Aviation Security will be added qualification
• Minimum 05 years experience of in handling security-related issues in aviation would be preferred
• Intelligence & Security courses from the Military (Army/ Navy/ Airforce) or any other recognized & reputable organization (Police/B) would be preferred
• Preferred experience in conducting Security Audits / Inspections

Salary Package:-

• A lump Sum Pay Package shall be offered equivalent to Gross Pay of Rs. 276,378/- per month with a 05% annual increment.
• (Negotiable as per policy)

Age Relaxation:-

• Maximum 48 years (including all age relaxation).

Surveyors / Draughtsman:-

• Minimum Diploma (DAE) Civil with 2nd Division
• Knowledge / Expertise in operating Total Station & D-GPS equipment and using AutoCAD, Google Earth GIS Software, etc.

Salary Package:-

• A lump Sum Pay Package shall be offered equivalent to Gross Pay of Rs. 107,275/- per month with a 05% annual increment
• (Negotiable as per policy)

Age Relaxation:-

• Maximum 33 years (including all age relaxation).

Civil Supervisor:-

• Minimum Diploma (DAE) in Civil Technology with at least 2nd Division
• 05 years of experience in Estimation and supervision of Civil Works with a reputable Engineering Organization
• Understanding of Computer Operations

Salary Package:-

• A lump Sum Pay Package shall be offered equivalent to Gross Pay of Rs. 107,275/- per month with a 05% annual increment.

Age Relaxation:-

• Maximum 33 years (including all age relaxation).

Civil Assistant:-

• F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) with minimum 70% marks OR equivalent with preferably 06 months or more experience in Civil Works.

Salary Package:-

• A lump Sum Pay Package shall be offered equivalent to Gross Pay of Rs. 84,623/- per month with a 05% annual increment.

Age Relaxation:-

Commercial Assistant:-

• Intermediate with minimum 70% marks

Salary Package:-

Carogo Assistant:-

• Intermediate with minimum 70% marks

Assistant Director Air Traffic Control.

• Minimum 16 years of Education from a recognized University in the following discipline:-
• BS in Physics / Mathematics OR BS in Computer Science / Aviation Management with F.SC/ A-Levels (Pre-Engineering background) OR Bachelors in Engineering
• Minimum 70% aggregate CGPA from HEC Recognized University with F.SC / A-Levels (Pre-Engineering background) having minimum 70% marks or equivalent.
