Qualification & Experience Required for Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department Jobs 2025:-

Project Director:-

• Education:-Minimum 16 years of education in Project Management Construction Management / Civil Management / Natural Resource Engineering / Engineering Management or a related field.
• Experience:- Minimum 15 years of relevant post-experience. PMP, Prince2, CAPM, or similar certifications will be preferred.
• Age Limit:- 18 to 50 Years
• Place of Posting:- Punjab / Lahore
• Approximate Salary:- Rs 70,000/- to 150,000/-

Director of Veterinary Services:-

• Education:-DVM degree from a recognized university.
• Experience:- 12 years of experience or private sector experience in wildlife veterinary practice/management and a valid registration with the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council.
• Age Limit:- 18 to 45 Years
• Place of Posting:- Punjab / Lahore
• Approximate Salary:- Rs 70,000/- to 120,000/-

Nutritionist / Food Technologist:-

• Education:-BS-17 or its equivalent plus M.Phil in Animal Nutrition from a recognized university.
• Experience:- 3 years of frontline experience in the private sector; and a valid registration with the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council.
• Age Limit:- 18 to 40 Years
• Place of Posting:- Punjab / Lahore
• Approximate Salary:- Rs 80,000/- to 120,000/-

Senior Wildlife Veterinarian:-

• Education:-DVM degree from a recognized university.
• Experience:- 3 years of experience or equivalent private sector experience in wildlife veterinary practice, and a valid registration with the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council.
• Age Limit:- 18 to 40 Years
• Place of Posting:- Punjab / Lahore
• Approximate Salary:- Rs 70,000/- to 120,000/-

Wildlife Veterinarian:-

• Education:-Minimum education of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or its equivalent degree from a recognized university, and having a valid registration with the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council.
• Experience:- Experienced candidates will be preferred
• Age Limit:- 18 to 35 Years
• Place of Posting:- Punjab / Lahore
• Approximate Salary:- Rs 70,000/- to 120,000/-

Documentation Officer:-

• Education:-Graduate from a recognized university; and a speed of 100 words per minute in English shorthand and 40 words per minute in typing.
• Experience:- Experienced candidates will be preferred
• Age Limit:- 18 to 28 Years
• Place of Posting:- Punjab / Lahore
• Approximate Salary:- Rs 45,000/- to 60,000/-

Head Animal Caretaker:-

• Education:-Secondary School (Second Division (Science Subjects)) from a recognized board; and a two-year diploma as a Veterinary Assistant or Livestock Assistant from a recognized institution.
• Experience:- Candidates should have at least 2 years post-qualification experience in a government or private registered institution.
• Age Limit:- 18 to 35 Years
• Place of Posting:- Punjab / Lahore
• Approximate Salary:- Rs 45,000/- to 60,000/-

Lab Technician:-

• Education:- Secondary School (Second Division) Science Subjects from a recognized Board.
• Experience:- Lab Technician / Medical Lab Technician 2 years diploma from a recognized institute with at least 3 Years experience.
• Age Limit:- 18 to 35 Years
• Place of Posting:- Punjab / Lahore
• Approximate Salary:- Rs 38,000/- to 60,000/-

Documentation Assistant:-

• Education:- Intermediate or its equivalent qualification from a recognized board and proficiency in English in MS Office with a speed of 25 words per minute in shorthand. And also proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience:- Experience candidates will be preferred.
• Age Limit:- 18 to 25 Years
• Place of Posting:- Punjab / Lahore
• Approximate Salary:- Rs 38,000/- to 60,000/-

Animal Care-Taker:-

• Education:- Secondary School (Second Division) (Science subjects) from a recognized board; and a 2-year Diploma in Veterinary Assistant or Livestock Assistant from a recognized institution.
• Experience:- Experience candidates will be preferred.
• Age Limit:- 18 to 35 Years
• Place of Posting:- Punjab / Lahore
• Approximate Salary:- Rs 38,000/- to 40,000/-

Hatchery Operator:-

• Education:- Matric with Science with 2 years experience in hatchery maintenance.
• Experience:- Experience candidates will be preferred.
• Age Limit:- 18 to 40 Years

• Approximate Salary:- Rs 38,000/- to 40,000/-

Animal Attendant:-

• Education:- Middle
• Experience:- Experience candidates will be preferred.

Important Instructions for Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department Safari Zoo Lahore:-

• The above positions are being offered on a contract basis till 30.06.2026, subject to satisfactory performance.
• The above positions are based in Lahore, however, they may involve travel to project sites.
• Applicants working in Government / Semi-Government departments should apply through proper channels and requisite N.O.C. from the competent authority.
• Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered and will be rejected.
• Recruitment/appointment will be made as per the relevant rules/policy till the duration of the project.
• After detailed scrutiny of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be invited for test/interview through separate letters/SMS/calls.
• No T.A./DA will be admissible for test/interview.
• All candidates will be required to produce an original National Identity Card, certificates, and copies of educational qualifications and experience certificates, etc. at the time of the interview.
