Qualification and Experience Required for Federal Education and Professional Training Jobs 2024 / GPIW Jobs:-

Assistant:-

Graduate or Master
Experienced Candidates will be preferred.

Stenotypist:-

Intermediate
Minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m. in shorthand/typing respectively.
Must be computer literate.

Jr. Instructor Commerce:-

Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelor Degree in Commerce.
02 years of experience in relevant files.

Jr. Instructor Electronics:-

03 Year Post Matric Diploma of Associate Engineer in Electronics Technology.
02 years experience in relevant files.

Jr. Instructor Computer:-

03 Year Post Matric Diploma of Associate Engineer in Computer Technology.
02 years experience in relevant field.

Library Assistant:-

Graduate with a certificate in Library Science from institutions recognized and notified by the Ministry of Education.

Storekeeper:-

Intermediate
02 years experience in storekeeping.

Shop Assistant:-

Matric
01 year experience in relevant field.

Naib Qasid:-

Primary Pass

Domicile & Quota Required for Government Polytechnic Institute for Women GPIW:-

Punjab (including the Federal Territory of Islamabad).

Important Instructions for the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training Jobs 2024:-

In all cases, the general instructions/recruitment policy of the Establishment Division are contained in their O.M.No.53/1/2008-SP, dated 22.10.2014 and 03.03.2015, as amended from time to time.
A general age relaxation of five years will apply to all candidates as per the General Age Relaxation Government Rules 1993 as amended from time to time. In addition, any other relaxation in age, if applicable, will be admissible as per Federal Government rules. Age will be counted with the last date of submission of the online application.
Government servants will provide NOC at the time of the interview.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
The information provided in the application form will be verified and in case of any false or fake information and forged or bogus documents, GPIW reserves the right to cancel the candidature at any stage (after employment, if later If so) and initiate legal proceedings against the petitioner
If any person, does not fulfill any of the provisions contained in the Recruitment Rules for this post, the Department may cancel his candidature and withdraw the nomination of the candidate at any stage.
The department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason or increase/decrease the number of posts as per requirement.
