Intermediate
Minimum Speed of 80/40 PM in Shorthand typing respectively
Must be Computer Literates
Cataloguer/Classifier:-
Second class or grade “C” Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science from a University recognized by HED
Laboratory Assistant:-
Matriculate in Science
Driver:-
Primary Pass
Valid Driving License holder and well| versed in traffic rules
All appointments shall be made by the prevailing Recruitment Rules/Policy of the Federal Government.
Relaxation in the age limit shall be admissible as per existing government rules.
Age will be calculated with effect from the closing date of submitting applications.
Eligibility of candidate(s) will be determined on the basis of academic qualification as given against each post.
A candidate can apply for more than one post by applying separately for each post.
Candidates shall present original documents along with a set of attested copies of all the relevant documents at the time of the interview.
Applicants already in Government Service should apply through the proper channels & submit NOC along with the application.
The Centre for the test/interview will be at the National Archives of Pakistan, Block-N, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad.
Applications submitted by hand or incomplete applications and not on the prescribed application form will not be entertained.
The Department of National Archives of Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole and increase/decrease the number of vacancies at any stage without assigning any reason.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of a test/interview.
