Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or a similar discipline.
Recent graduates.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- The capacity to manage monotonous duties consistently and meticulously.
- Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking.
- A readiness to pick up new skills and adjust to internal processes.
Resposibilities
- Maintain fuel cards and promptly update fuel prices.
- Respond professionally and effectively to consumer requests, questions, and grievances.
- Oversee client fuel accounts, making sure they are accurate and updated on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to support sales activities.
- Receive, store, and distribute invoices to the appropriate departments and clients.
- Oversee fuel card ordering, activation, and cancellation.
- Create and keep track of reports about operations, sales, and card usage.
- To guarantee compliance and identify anomalies, keep an eye on fleet fuel usage, transactions, and exceptions.
- Offer operational assistance to guarantee the smooth provision of fuel card services.
