Master’s Degree (second division) (18 Years education) in IT / Computer Sciences/software engineering from an HEC-recognized university having five years experience in Communication Technology / Software Development / MIS OR
Masters/BS Honors (second division) (16 Years Education) in IT / Computer Sciences/software engineering from an HEC-recognized university having eight years experience in Communication Technology or Software Development / MIS

Deputy Director Admin/HR:-

Master’s degree (second division) (18 years education) in Business Administration, HR/ Economics from HEC recognized University having five years relevant experience OR B.S. Honors (second division) (16 years education) in Business Administration, HR / Economics from HEC recognized University having eight years relevant experience.
Demonstrated or Proven experience in report writing and coordination with electronic, print, and social media.
Excellent management skills fi) Excellent writing and drafting skills in both English and Urdu.
Experience in MR Management and Knowledge of Punjab Civil Servant codes

Deputy Director Finance & Accounts:-

MBA Finance (second division) (18 years education) from HEC recognized University having five relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, OR
CA /Masters/B.S. Honors (second division) (16 years education) in Commerce / Business Administration (Finance) from HEC recognized University having eight years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Preference shall be given to those having Proficiency in the use of computer applications. Good writing skills. Understanding and working on the government’s General, Financial, and Procurement Rules & Regulations, etc.

Deputy Director Project Management:-

MSc (second division) (18-year education) in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering / Project Management from a recognized University with five years experience OR
BSc (second division) (16 Years of education) in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering
Project Management from an HEC-recognized university having eight years of project management
experience of civil infrastructure.
Preference shall be given to those having PMP / Prince 2 Professional / PgMP Certification.
Demonstrated or Proven experience of MBE in large infrastructure projects and Proficiency in
the use of project management software and computer applications P6/MS Project. Foreign Degree Holder (Project Mgmt/ Const. Mgmt) – Top 100 QS Ranked

Assistant Director:-

Master’s degree (second division) (18 Years education) in IT / Computer Sciences/Software
engineering from a recognized University having two years of experience in Communication Technology / Software Development / MIS OR
B.S. Honors (second division) (16 Years Education) in IT / Computer Sciences / Software engineering from a recognized University having four years experience in Communication Technology or Software Development and MIS.
Preference shall be given to those having Demonstrated or Proven experience in the design.

Assistant Director Audit:-

Assistant Director Programming:-

Master’s degree (second division) (18 Years education) in IT / Computer Sciences/software engineering from a recognized University having two years experience in Programming / Communication Technology / MIS OR
B.S. Honors (second division) (16 Years Education) in IT / Computer Sciences / Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized university having four years’ experience in Communication Technology / Software Development and MIS.
Preference shall be given to those having: i) Demonstrated or Proven experience in the design,
development, programming, and implementation of software applications for large corporate and
public sector projects, etc.

Assistant Director Data Analysis:-

MPhiMS (second division) (18 Years education) in Statistics from a recognized University having two years experience in data analysis OR
MSc/B.S, Honors (second division) (16 Years Education) in Statistics from HEC recognized University having four years experience in data analysis.
Preference should be given to those having: i) Demonstrated or Proven experience in data analysis and inference (through software like MS Excel, SPSS, Minitab, and R Language or any other data analysis software) for large corporate and public sector projects, etc.

Assistant Director Project Manager:-

MSc (second division) (18-year education) in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering / Project Management from a recognized University having two years of project management experience in Infrastructure Development Projects; OR
BSc (second division) (16-year education) in Civil Engineering / Project Management from an HEC-recognized university having four years of project management experience in civil infrastructure.

Assistant Director Water Supply and Sanitation:-

MSc Public Health Engineering / Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering (second division) (18 years education) with minimum two-year relevant experience. OR
BSc (Hons)/BE Public Health Engineering/ Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering (second division) with a minimum of four years relevant experience.

Assistant Director Irrigation:-

MSc Irrigation Engineering/Civil Engineering (second division) (18 years education) with a minimum of two years relevant experience OR

Assistant Director Business Investment:-

Assistant Director of Agriculture:-

Assistant Director of Health:-

Assistant Director Contracts:-

MSc in Civil Engineering/ MPhil Economics/Business Administration (second division) (18 years education) with at least two years relevant experience. OR

Lift Mechanic Operator:-

Matric has two years of experience as a lift mechanic.

Driver:-

Important Instructions for P&D Jobs 2024:-

From Serial No. 1 to Serial No. 22, the applicants domiciled in the Punjab Province of Pakistan should apply online through Punjab job per www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk latest by 16th September (Monday), 2024 at 4 PM.
From Serial No. 23 to Serial No. 25, the applicant Punjab Province should apply through mail accompanied by two recent passport-size photographs, attested copies of CNIC, and academic certificates experience certificates and domicile to the below-mentioned address by 16th September (Monday), 2024 at 4 PM.

From Serial No. 1 to Serial No.22, & is mandatory for all candidates to upload scanned copies of their academic and job experience certificates while applying against any of the above position(s) and send attested hard copies to the Directorate General.
Incomplete applications or those received without relevant documents shall be rejected.
The age of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of the application and the maximum age given for each job includes age relaxation. No separate age relaxation will be given.
Only post-qualification experience will be considered qualification experience for any specific post is the experience acquired after the minimum required qualification for that post.
In case of more than one application, a separate envelope with a single application and mentioning the name of the post on the top of the envelope will be submitted.
Those already in Government service should apply through the proper channels along with NOC.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview and no TA/DA will be paid for appearing in a test/interview.
These project posts will be filed on a contract basis for the duration of the project by Contract Appointment Policy 2004.
