Qualification & Experience Required for Wazarat e Difa Jobs 2024:-

Director Lab:-

• PhD/MS/MPhil (18 years of education) in Physics or Electronics or Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing and leading national/international level public/private sector communication/information security projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Lead Researcher/Team Lead for R&D and/or deployment projects preferably in Quantum Technologies.

Technical Team Lead:-

• PhD/MS/MPhil (minimum 18 years of education) in Physics or Electronics or related field of Systems Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in handling national/international level public/private sector communication/information security projects.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as Lead Researcher/Team Lead for R&D and/or deployment projects preferably in Quantum Technologies.

Senior Scientist / Researcher:-

• PhD/MPhil/MS (minimum 18 years of education) in Mathematics or Physics or a related field of Electronics
• 5+ years of experience in handling national/international level public/private sector communication/information security projects.
• 3+ years of experience as Lead Researcher/Team Lead for Quantum Technologies R&D and/or deployment projects.

Marketing and Sales Manager:-

• MS/MPhil (18 years of education) with majors in Sales or Marketing
• Minimum 10 years of experience in any national or international department, institute, or organization (preferably).

Junior Scientists:-

• MPhil/MS (18 years of education) in Mathematics or Physics or related field of Electronics
• 4+ years of experience in working/R&D on national/international level public/private sector communication/information security projects.
• 3+ years of experience in Quantum Technologies R&D and/or deployment projects (preferred).

Research Associates:-

• MPhil/MS (18 years of education) in Mathematics or Physics or related field of Electronics
• 3+ years of experience in R&D and/or deployment projects preferably in Quantum Technologies.

Research Assistants:-

• BS/MSc (16 years of education) in Mathematics or Physics or related field of Electronics

Jr. Research Assistants:-

• BS/MSc (16 years of education) in the relevant field of Mathematics Physics or Electronics
• 5 years of age relaxation has already been added.

Admin/ HR/ Accounts:-

• BA/BSc/Associate Degree in Commerce, Accounts, Social Sciences, or a related field (minimum 14 years of education).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role with significant proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Support Staff:-

• Middle/Matric
• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Age relaxation of 5 years has already been added.

Drivers.

• Middle/Matric
• Minimum 2 years experience. Having a valid LTV license.
• 5 years of age relaxation has already been added.
