Qualification & Experience Required for National Database Registration Authority Islamabad Head Office NADRA Careers 2024:-

Junior Executives:-

  • Intermediate & Equivalent Qualification
  • Minimum 1 Year experience in Data Entry
  • Age Limit 25 Years.

Senior Executives:-

  • Graduate & Equivalent Qualification
  • Minimum 2 Years experience in relevant field
  • Age Limit 30 Years.

Assistant Superintendent:-

  • Graduate & Equivalent Qualification
  • Minimum 3 Years experience in relevant field
  • Age Limit 35 Years.

Naib Qaisd:-

  • Middle & Above Qualification
  • Minimum 1 Year experience in relevant field
  • Age Limit 40 Years.

Assistant Director (Performance Management):-

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resources from an HEC-recognized university
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Preferably in developing and implementing performance management systems, on re-outable timelines.

Deputy Assistant Director (Training):-

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resources from an HEC-recognized university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Preferably in training/organizational development roles, in reputable organizations.

Deputy Assistant Director ( Compensation & Benefits):-

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resources from an HEC-recognized university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Preferably Payroll / Compensation and Benefits / Rewards, in a reputed organization.

Deputy Assistant Director (Recruitment):-

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resources from an HEC-recognized university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • preferably in Talent Acquisition, a reputed organization.

Important Instructions for NADRA Jobs www.careers.nadra.gov.pk:-

  • The selected candidate will be initially hired for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
  • 05 years of relaxation is already included in the above age limit.
  • The selected candidate will provide a medical fitness and character certificate.
  • Degrees/certificates attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC)/ concerned education boards should be provided at the time of the interview.
  • Candidates serving in Govt/Semi Govt Departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) while applying.
  • Selected candidates will have to serve in the respective offices and applications for posting to another district will not be entertained. However, the management reserves the right to depute him to any other district based on need.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for the test and interview.
  • Electronic gadgets like mobile phones, smart watches, etc. will not be allowed during the test/interview.
  • A candidate can apply for only one post.
  • Female, minority, transgender, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • A candidate may be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment/selection process in case of providing wrong information.
  • The last date for submission of the application is 25 October 2024 and only online applications will be accepted.
