Qualification & Experience Required for National Bank of Pakistan Jobs 2024:-

Unit Head – Task Management & Khuli Kachehri ( AVP / VP):-

Reporting to Divisional Head – Complaint Management Division
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
Candidates having majored in banking & finance and a Master’s Degree and relevant professional certification would be preferred
Minimum 06 years of working experience in complaint management service quality management and customer service management
Candidates having working experience in public sector and/or large-scale organizations would be preferred
Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks
Effective team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Sound knowledge and experience of crystal reports, BI tools
Knowledge about the bank’s products and services would be a plus

Coordinator – Audit & Regulatory Affairs (OG-II / OG-I):-

Reporting to Wing Head – Complaint Management Wing
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
Candidates having majors in banking & finance and Master’s Degree and any other relevant certification would be preferred
Minimum 03 years of working experience in financial institutions in Compliance and/or Audit and/or Internal Control and/or Risk management
Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks
Effective team player
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Knowledge about SBP guidelines related to complaints handling
Knowledge about bank procedures and instructions related to lib would be a plus

Collection Operations Officer (OG-II / OG-I):-

Reporting to Head Collection Strategy & Support
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international
university/college/institute recognized by the HEC Candidates having a Master’s Degree and/or any other relevant certification(s) will be preferred
Minimum 03 years of banking experience in the field of retail credit and/or retail collections and/or retail operations
Candidates having experience working in similar roles in large-scale public sector organizations will be preferred
Good knowledge of banking products
Goal-oriented, result-driven with the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks
Be able to effectively handle delinquent customers

Incident Team Manager (OG-I / AVP):-

Reporting to Department Head – Monitoring and Incident Management
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
Candidate having Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information
Technology / Technology Engineering or any other relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred
Minimum 04 years of experience in Information Technology and/or Information Security, out of which 02 years in Information Security operations/monitoring and/or incident management
Good knowledge of Information Security function
Well-versed with SBP guidelines regarding Information Security
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Understanding of incident management, cyber security monitoring, and detection tools

Application Security Analyst (OG-II / OG-I):-

Reporting to Department Head – Application Security
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
Candidates having Masters in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology
Candidates having Master’s in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology
Engineering or any other relevant professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP will he rotor or
Minimum 03 years of experience in Information Technology and/or Information Security, preferable
Hands-on in penetration testing and vulnerability lifecycle management
Hands-on experience in software development and code reviews
Experience in performing Control assessments / Risk assessments of Business application
processes, IT solutions, 3rd party service providers, etc.
Good knowledge of Information Security function
Well-versed with SBP guidelines regarding Information Security

Database Security Analyst (OG-II / OG-I):-

Reporting to Department Head – Data Base Security
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
Candidates having Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / Information Systems/information technology / Technology Engineering or any other relevant professional certification
Minimum 03 years of experience in Information Technology and/or Information Security, preferable
in Database Security, Administration, and relevant areas
Candidates having relevant working experience in banking or large-scale organizations will be preferred.

Branch Manager (Female) (AVP):-

Reporting to the Regional Head
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
Candidates having a Master’s degree from a recognized university/institution will be preferred
Minimum 06 years of experience in branch banking, out of which at least 03 years of experience as a Branch Manager

Unit Head – Infrastructure Security & Compliance (AVP – VP):-

Reporting to Wing Head – Technology Infrastructure Governance
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
Candidates having a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and/or relevant certifications like ISO 27001 / Securitv+ / CISA / CISM will be preferred
Minimum 06 years of experience in security and compliance of an 11 Infrastructure, out of which 04 years of experience in a managerial role preferably in bank(s)

Unit Head – Network Security & Compliance (AVP – VP):-

Reporting to Wing Head – Technology Infrastructure Governance
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
Candidates having a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and/or relevant certifications like ISO 27001 / Security+ / CISA / CISM will be preferred
Minimum 06 years of experience in IT Networks & Security, out of which 04 years of experience in a managerial role. preferably in bank(s)

Senior Infrastructure Security Analyst (AVP):-

Reporting to Unit Head – Infrastructure Security & Compliance
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
Candidates having a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and/or relevant certification(s) will be preferred
Minimum 05 years of experience in Infrastructure Security Infrastructure Operations, preferably in bank(s)

Team Lead – SAP Operations (AVP):-

Reporting to Unit Head – SAP Operations
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
Candidates having a Master’s degree or equivalent and/or relevant certification(s) will be preferred
Minimum 05 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which 01-year experience of directly working on SAP Financial and Operational Support and/or Financial Systems, preferably in bank
