Only those who fulfill the following requirements will be eligible for the Rs. 13,500 quarterly installment under the BISP Kafalat Program:
- You must have a valid and unexpired CNIC.
- Your PMT score should be less than 32 as determined by NADRA and National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) survey.
- The head of the household should be a woman who is widowed, divorced or managing the household finances on her own.
- Transgender individuals are also eligible with a CNIC verified by NADRA.
- In case of double registration or fake registration, the payment will be stopped.
- It is mandatory to update the NSER survey by June 2025, otherwise the installment may be suspended.

- Bank ATM: After biometric verification, insert your card, enter your PIN, and withdraw money from an HBL or Bank Alfalah ATM.
- Bank Counters: Present your original ID card at the appropriate branches to pick up your money.
