Qualification & Experience Required for Quaid e Azam Solar Power Plant Jobs 2024:-

General Manager Plant:-

A seasoned GM Plant to look after and manage the country’s first 100 MW Solar Power Plant located at Lal Suhaanra, Bahawalpur. This position performs a wide range of supervisory and administrative activities. It will direct plant personnel in the daily performance of various operations and maintenance functions by policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer.
He shall have excellent motivational skills & thorough understanding of renewable energy and the power generation sector of Pakistan.

Chief Internal Auditor:-

The Chief Internal Auditor plans, directs, and oversees the Internal Audit Department as an independent, objective assurance and consulting arm of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) to assess and report on the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of the risk management, internal control, and governance processes of the Corporation.

Manager Technical:-

A seasoned Manager Technical to support the program director in the accelerated rollout of ground-mounted photovoltaic projects. The candidate should have an experience in the relevant fields. The following skills and responsibilities are required.

Manager Procurement & Contract:-

A professional Manager of Procurement & Contract who procures the rules, procedures, and familiarization with the public sector and is expected to play a role in the commercial negotiations and structuring of substantial procurement contracts

Manager Finance:-

A qualified expert in all aspects of financial management, preferably with a background of extensive experience in technology-related industries. Capital budgeting and managerial accounting. Financial forecasting, preparation of budget, accounting, and auditing, preferably experienced in both the private and public sectors.
He/ She shall be having excellent motivational skills & thorough understanding of Finance.

Manager Commercial Audit and Accounts:-

A qualified expert in all aspects of accounting and auditing, particularly commercial audits of federal and provincial public sector enterprises.

Manager Admin & HR:-

The Manager Admin & HR is responsible for the administration, logistics, recruitment, and employee-related affairs of the Company and maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Deputy Manager Site:-

A professional Deputy Manager Site manages the work of contractors, suppliers, and employees at the site. The candidate should have leadership capabilities and promote a healthy work environment at the site.

Assistant Manager IT:-

The person will provide research and development support to the company in the areas of Information Technology and Telecommunication.

Assistant Manager Procurement.

A seasoned professional to support in procurement affairs of the company.
