Qualification and Experience Required for Competitive Market-Based Salaries BWMC Jobs 2024:-

Manager Accounts & Finance:-

  • ACCA/ACMA/CA or any other relevant professional certification.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in a managerial role from a reputed accountancy firm with 04-years of subjects or 10 years of experience in a managerial role in private/public sector accounts and finance.

Manager Admin:-

  • 16 years qualification in Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Management from a recognized University.
  • Minimum of 08 years of experience in handling administrative activities, including facility management and HR management. Work experience related to managerial roles in HR and Administration in the Private/Public Sector.

Assistant Manager Finance:-

  • 16 years of education in Finance Accounts or relevant qualification in accounting practices from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 04 years of subjects from a reputed Accountant) OR 05 years of experience in a managerial role in Accounts and Finance in the Private/Public Sector.

Assistant Manager Accounts:-

  • 16 years of education in Finance Accounting or CA (Inter) with 4 years of subject or any other relevant professional certification, from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 04 years experience in related subjects or 05 years experience in a management role in accounts and finance in the private/public sector from a reputed accountancy firm.

Assistant Manager (Internal Audit):-

  • 16 years of education in Financial Accounting or CA (Inter) with 4 years of subject or any other relevant professional certification, from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 04 years experience in related subjects or 05 years experience in a management role in accounts and finance in the private/public sector from a reputed accountancy firm.

Deputy Manager Procurement:-

  • 16 years of education in Finance Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, and Procurement or Engineering from a recognized University.
  • At least 03 years of private/public practical experience in procurement, contract management, and dealing with supply chain processes of goods, works, and services showing evidence of achieving results. In-depth knowledge of PPRA rules is essential.

Assistant Manager Operations (for all Tehsils in Bahawalpur Division):-

  • 16 years of education in Environmental Sciences/ Engineering/ Social Sciences/ Urban Planning Business/ Public Administration from a university recognized by HEC.
  • A minimum of 03 years of experience in field operations and previous experience in the solid waste management sector will be preferred.

Assistant Manager Workshop:-

  • 16 years of study from HEC Restructured University in Mechanical Industrial/Transportation Engineering.
  • A minimum of 03 years of experience in Automobile / Workshop Management will be preferred.

Assistant Manager MIS:-

  • 16 years of education in Information Technology/ Management Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Data Science from a reputed HEC University.
  • Minimum 05 years of private/public experience in analyzing data using statistical methods and analytical software tools. Create reports and dashboards to summarize data insights. Assist in developing and implementing data management procedures. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Assistant Manager GIS:-

  • 16 years of education in the field of Computer Science / Geography / GIS Remote Sensing from HEO recognized University.
  • Minimum 05 years of private/public experience in GIS analysis and mapping. Must have a strong grasp of GIS software such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS X, QGIS, Earth Engine, Erdas Imagine, or similar. Must have expertise in spatial analysis, mapping, data analysis, cartography, and database management. The experiment is GPS data collection and remote sensing is a plus.
