Qualification & Experience Required for Ministry of National Health Services (nhsrc.gov.pk) jobs 2024:-

Project Director:-

• MBBS with Master’s in Public Health or Social Sciences, recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
• At least 15 years of proven experience in project management with post qualification.
• Knowledge of public sector rules and regulations will be an added advantage.
• Experience in healthcare-related projects will be preferred.

Project Manager:-

• MBBS with Master’s in Public Health or Social Sciences or Project Management
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in project management.
• Experience in healthcare-related projects will be preferred.

IT/Data Manager:-

• BS Hons with MSc. in (Statistics, Economics)/BioStatistics/Mathematics, and Economics/Business Management/Data Analytics from top ten ranked HEC Universities.
• At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in the subject area (Data Processing/Data Science/Analysis preferably in the public sector)
• Experience in health-related projects will be preferred.

Procurement Manager/ Specialist:-

• BS Honours (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management) with MBA in Finance or Procurement or Logistics and Supply Chain from HEC ranked top 10 universities.
• At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in procurement management (goods works, and consultancy services) of health-related projects will be preferred.
• Knowledge of various international/national/sub-national public procurement rules and experience in their implementation will be given due weightage.

Finance Manager:-

• MBA in Finance or CA/ACCA/CMA/ACMA
• At least 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience in finance will be preferred, especially financial management of health-related projects.

Communication Specialist:-

• At a minimum, a Masters in Mass Communication or Journalism degree or equivalent education.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project communication strategy development.
• Experience in healthcare-related projects will be preferred.

M&E Officer:-

• Master’s degree in statistics, and demography, public policy, international development economics or public health, or equivalent education.
• Minimum 5 Years of verifiable experience in monitoring and evaluation for development projects in developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation tools in result framework.

Training Officer:-

• MBBS with a Master’s in Public Health is accredited by the Pakistan Higher Commission.
• At least 8 years of experience in health-related event organization/training

Data Assistant:-

• BS Hons (Business Management with Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, MBA recognized by Higher Commission HEC of Pakistan).
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification data analysis and data management experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in health-related projects.

Finance Officer:-

• BS Hons (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, MBA, and Business Management recognized by Higher Commission HEC of Pakistan).
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification in finance with a reputable organization. Preference will be given to those with experience in health-related projects.

Admin Officer:-

• Bachelor/MBA officially recognized by the Pakistan Higher Education Commission HEC.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification in finance with a reputable organization. Preference will be given to those with experience in health-related projects.

Office Assistant:-

• Bachelor’s degree in science / Arts
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as an office assistant.
• experience candidates will be preferred.

Office Boy:-

• Matriculation with science / Arts
• At least 3 years experience as an office boy
