Lahore Electric Supply Company LESCO Jobs Advertisement August 2026 has opened applications for multiple contract-based positions in 2026. Established under the Companies Ordinance 1984, LESCO is responsible for supplying electricity to more than 7.28 million consumers across Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana Sahib districts, and currently employs over 19,000 staff members.
Eligible candidates can apply online through the Open Testing Service (OTS). The last date to submit applications is August 18, 2026.

Quota and Domicile Requirements
Most positions are reserved for candidates holding domicile in Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana Sahib. However, a limited number of Assistant Manager/Junior Engineer (Electrical) posts are open to candidates from Punjab (open merit), Sindh (Rural), and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on an open quota basis. Separate quotas are also reserved for women, minorities, and children of existing LESCO employees.
Key Terms and Conditions
- All appointments are strictly on a contract basis with a market-based lump sum package — no pension or long-term benefits are attached, and positions cannot be converted to permanent status.
- Selected candidates will undergo a six-month probation period.
- Only candidates who have completed their degree are eligible; applicants awaiting final results will not be considered.
- The minimum passing marks for the written test are 50%.
- Candidates applying for more than one position must submit a separate application for each post.
- Providing false information or fake documents will result in permanent disqualification, and any offer of employment will be withdrawn.
- No TA/DA will be paid for the written test or interview.
