Qualification & Experience Required for The Government of Pakistan Ministry of Information & Broadcasting Center Digital Communication MOBI Jobs 2024:-

Director (Digital):-

2nd Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s Degree (18 years of education) in Computer Science/Software Engineering from a University recognized by HEC.
12 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Information Technology/Systems Analysis, with a strong understanding of digital and social media channels and analytics.
Experience managing projects and teams with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Experience regularly tracking and analyzing digital analytics data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Minimum 10 years experience in Public Sector.
Maximum age 46 years

Deputy Director (Operations):-

First Class or Grade ‘B’ Master’s Degree in Computer Science/BCS (4 years)/IT or equivalent.
10 years of experience in the field of Information Technology/Systems Analysis, with a strong understanding of digital and social media channels and analytics.
Experience managing projects and teams with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.

4 years post qualification experience in software analysis, design, and development, with a strong understanding of software architecture and development methodologies.
Maximum age 35 years

Technical Assistant:-

Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Commerce/Arts or related degree
Maximum age 38 years

Naib Qasid:-

Middle/Primary
Domicile Local i.e. Islamabad (For 02 Vacancies)
Maximum age 18-30 years

Important Instructions for Ministry of Information Technology Board Jobs 2024:-

All the posts are on merit and place of posting in Islamabad.
The initial contract will be for one year (01) or the duration of the project.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
The Ministry reserves the right not to fill the posts or to withhold appointment against the advertised posts.
