Qualification and Experience Required for National Bank of Pakistan Jobs 2024:-

Credit Reviewer – Consumer and Retail Credit Review (OG-I):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidates possess a Master’s degree and/or any other relevant professional
  • Qualification or certification in the relevant field will be preferred.
  • Minimum of 04 years of banking experience, out of which 02 years in Corporate / SME / Commercial Credits / Credit Administration / Risk functions

Unit Head – Guarantees (OG-I / AVP):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have a Master’s degree and/or any other relevant professional certification
  • Minimum 05 years experience in the financial sector with a minimum of 03 years in Guarantees Management or related role

Wing Head – Assets Rehabilitation Wing North (VP / SVP):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have a Master’s degree and/or any other relevant professional qualification
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience in Corporate or Commercial Recovery/ Corporate or Commercial Credit Risk Management/ Supervisory role in Corporate or Commercial Business
  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant litigation experience.

Senior HR Business Partner (VP / SVP):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certification such as SHRM. CHRP would prefer that.
  • A minimum of 08 years of experience in Human Resources working in at least two HR functions or as an HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in similar roles in the financial sector.

HR Business Partner (OG-1 / AVP):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidates with Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in HR and/or Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certification like SHRM/CHRP will be preferred.
  • A minimum of 05 years of experience in Human Resources including at least two HR functions or as an HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in similar roles in the financial sector.

Manager – Talent Acquisition (OG-I / AVP):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidates with LL.B/LL.M degrees will be preferred.
  • At least 03 years of experience in the field of Litigation and/or Recovery and/or Collection Management.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in banks, Large-scale, and public-sector organizations.

Head of Recovery and General Litigation (VP / SVP):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidate Havina Masters Dairy will be preferred.
  • At least 10 years of banking experience in litigation and/or recovery and/or collection management, of which 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the public sector and/or large-scale institutions.

Wing Head – Litigation / Regional Head Central II (VP / SVP):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have a Master’s degree and/or any other relevant professional qualification
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role in Corporate or Commercial Recovery / Corporate or Commercial Credit Risk
  • Management / corporate or commercial business candidates needing relevant litigation will be preferred

Wing Head – Recovery and General Litigation (AVP / VP):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidates having LL.B/LL.M degrees will be preferred.
  • Minimum 08 years of experience in the field of litigation
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in banks, Large-scale, and public-sector organizations.

Senior Manager General Advisory (OG-1 / AVP):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidates having LL.B/LL.M degrees will be preferred.
  • At least 05 years of experience in the field of litigation
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in banks, Large-scale, and public-sector organizations.

Manager – Recovery and General Litigation (OG-I| / OG-1):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidate Havina | R / || M. Diary will be preferred.
  • At least 05 years of experience in the field of litigation
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in banks, Large-scale, and public-sector organizations.

Field Officer – Recovery and General Litigation (OG-III / OG-Il):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidates having LL.B/LL.M degrees will be preferred.
  • Minimum 01 year experience in the litigation field
  • Preference will be given to candidates having collection and collection experience in Banks / Large Scale / Public Sector Organizations.

Payment Officer (OG-Ill / OG-Il):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Master’s degrees.
  • Minimum 01 year experience in management of accounts and/or vendor payments and/or expenses preferably in a financial institution or law firm.

Litigation Officer (OG-IlI / OG-Il):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college institute recognized by HEC
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are LLB / LLM Dairy.
  • Minimum 01 year experience in the litigation field
  • Preference will be given to candidates having experience in banks and/or large-scale/public sector organizations.

Court Coordinator (OG-Ill):-

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidates having LL.B/LL.M degrees will be preferred.
  • Minimum 06 months experience in the litigation field

Senior Business Analyst – ERP (VP):-

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from local or international University / College / Institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidates having a Master’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and/or related certification will be preferred.
  • Minimum 06 years of experience in product management and implementation of ERP systems (ie Human Resources/Finance/Procurement), preferably in Bank and/or Public Sector Organizations

Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise (VP):-

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidates having a Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and/or related certification will be preferred.
  • Minimum 06 years of experience in product management and enterprise system implementation

Unit Head – SOA Services (AVP / VP):-

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by HEC
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering equivalent and/or related certification.
  • At least 05 years of experience in the IT field, out of which at least 02 years in architecture/design, development of integration solutions, such as middleware, SOA, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) implementations, and Enterprise Architecture Experience in Infrastructure (EA). , or Massegina svstems. Preferably in banks

Unit Head – DC Infrastructure DR Operations (AVP / VP):-

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidates with a Master’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering equivalent and I or related certifications will be preferred.
  • Minimum 05 years experience in IT infrastructure, of which minimum 03 years experience in high availability multi-site production environment, including Enterprise Storage and/or Linux environment and/or Replication and Data Center and/or DR Operations

Business Analyst (AVP):-

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidates having a Master’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and/or related certification will be preferred.
  • equivalent and/or relevant certifications) will be preferred Minimum 05 years of experience in Business Analysis/Delivery and/or Project Management and/or Application Support and/or DevOps and/or Application
