Qualification & Experience Required for WCLA Jobs 2024 / Walled City of Lahore Authority Jobs 2024:-

Deputy Manager (Administration & Finance):-

16 years of education in Accounting and Finance with a minimum of 7 years experience in related
Candidates with high qualifications and relevant experience will be preferred.
Must have the ability to handle large amounts of budget and financial-related documents.
Should be well versed in international accounting standards of budgeting and

Deputy Manager (Contract & Procurement):-

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution with at least 7 years of relevant, practical work experience in the public or private sector.
Candidates with high qualifications in Construction Management/MBA with specialization and relevant experience in Finance or Commerce will also be preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in contract management and procurement of infrastructure projects, conservation works, and foreign-funded projects.
Must be well versed with PPRA and Planning and Development Department rules for procurement of works and services.

Deputy Manager (Environment & Social Safeguard):-

Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Environmental Sciences/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Economics or Environmental Engineering with at least 7 years of relevant, practical work experience in the public or private sector.
Experience in conducting E&S assessments (ESIA/ESMP, etc.) on projects financed by international donors like the World Bank, AFD, etc. through the WB E&S safety framework.
Good knowledge of Pakistan context and regulatory framework. Strong ability to work in teams and with various stakeholders and to train and raise awareness of stakeholders.
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant high qualifications and experience working on urban development and restoration of heritage sites.

Assistant Manager (Civil):-

Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution with 5 years of relevant experience. The degree must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant high qualifications and experience.
Must know the latest engineering codes of practice.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in computer software ie Primavera, Pert Master, Revit, etc.

Assistant Manager (Finance):-

Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance with at least 3 years of professional experience.
Must be aware of international budget accounting standards and have a clean service record of accounts.

Assistant Manager (Conservation / Architecture):-

Graduate degree from a recognized institution of architecture with at least 3 years of relevant, practical work experience within the public or private sector (or both).
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in computer software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, SketchUp, etc. A deep dive into detailing specific tasks, with an understanding of how they fit into a specific project. Organizational, project management, and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Sub-Engineer Electrical:-

03 years Diploma in Associate Engineering in Electrical Technology from a recognized Technical Institute and Punjab Technical Board with 3 years relevant experience.
Must be computer literate with experience in computing techniques.

Driver:-

Valid Driving Licence.
Experience Candidates will be preferred.

Office Boy:-

Illiterate

Important Instructions for Project Management Unit PMU WCLA Jobs 2024:-

The Contract appointment is temporary, non-transferable, non-pensionable, job/post specific, and confers no right for regulation The contract appointment will be initially for 2 years. which can extended/reduced by competent authority.
Offered salary against each post is on a lump-sum basis (Including all allowances) with annual increments according to Govt. of Punjab.
NOC for government servants is required at the time of submission of the job application.
Incomplete applications will be rejected and only shortlisted candidates shall be intimated and called for test interview through call /email etc.
