Through PAVE Pakistan, the Pakistani government launched the Electric Vehicle Scheme Pakistan 2025 in accordance with the Pakistan Electric Vehicle Policy 2025. Candidates may receive up to PKR 80,000 in Electric Motorcycle Subsidy Pakistan and up to PKR 400,000 in Electric Rickshaw Subsidy Pakistan. Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must possess a Relevant Qualification or an equivalent relevant qualification, and at least three years of experience in the relevant field is required.
Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 30 and may be either male or female.
The Women Electric Rickshaw Subsidy is only available to Pakistani nationals.

- To create an account, enter your personal information, contact information, and CNIC.
Complete the online application.
- Choose the vehicle type (rickshaw or electric motorcycle), upload the necessary paperwork, and, if you’re applying for a loan or subsidy, include your financial information.
Send in your application before the deadline.
- To be eligible for the computerized lottery on October 1, 2025, submit by September 30, 2025.
Await confirmation and selection.
- Successful applicants can claim their loan or subsidy after receiving confirmation via email or SMS.
